Hello everyone, it's been quite some time since I was last here. I'm suddenly feeling all blogger-sexcited so I guess you will see me quite a bit; At least for the next week or so. I'm fickle. Opps.

Exciting discovery of the day: A SPOON!

Specifically...


I had assumed that I'd be forced to borrow my mom's measuring spoons every time I intend to drink my shake. Or fork out $13 for the unique sized spoon from the same company. Apparently, not! I was enjoying how much smoother and softer the powder in the cannister I ordered from US was compared to the one I got from Singapore... and I discovered a spoon!! Yay!

I love freebies!

On other news, I sincerely hope that people remember they have school/work early tomorrow morning and thus decide that it takes too much effort to go for the fansign.

i can't even remember when was my last post here. i've probably been relegated to the catacombs of blogosphere.

well, i've crawled out of my grave and I'M BACKKKKK!!

i figured this is as good a time as any to reflect on the past year. all my two oh one one news in one glorious post. (isn't that a wonderful excuse for neglecting this page for an entire year?)

went to watch this with besties. we were supposed to meet at MS but all 3 of them were late so i had to walk around all #ForeverAlone-esque. then i saw 3 Koreans walking around and it somehow got into my head to somehow follow them around while they're shopping. yes, i do weird things when i'm alone and think no one recognises me. besties arrives and i stop stalking the Koreans. here's the catch: TWO OUT OF THREE OF THEM WERE THE FREAKING LEADS OF THE SHOW!!!

and then i finally switched to iphone after the charger for my hp died and the blackberry just refused to be friends with me. and that was the start of selca (self-camera aka excessively taking peektures of one's fabulous self) heaven.

THE SCRIPT IN SINGAPORE

a friend of a friend won tix to see the script and miraculously no one else was free so Nigel asked super lucky ME! (the me, btw, who didn't even know who The Script was because i was living under a stone called work)



it was raining and it was humid and the ground was insanely MUDDY but i do believe it was the BEST early birthday present i've ever received.

IT'S MY BIRTHDAYYYYYYYYYYY~!!

decided to go all high tea party since my 21st bday party (the previous year) was an absolute flop. urgh. bad memories.

met up with BFF first before going on to L'ESPRESSO @ Goodwood Park Hotel for their high tea buffet. actually met CYB (cute younger brother of a colleague) who we totally have a mini crush on @ ION. lol



the desserts are totally awesome. the company was awesome. everything was pretty much awesomeeee.

and then... i decided to bake my own birthday cake. LOL.


i actually baked it once before but that came to a very bad end because i dropped the cake and smashed it to smithereens and then i tried to make parfait out of it with whipped cream but that turned out too sweet and i ended up emo nemo and crying in my relatives' toilet. i was wayyyyy stressed out at work. =/






it was an honestly amazing birthday.



MY FIRST CAKE ORDER!

neighbour-bestie downstairs ordered a cake! SEXCITEDDDDD!!!



i was kinda disappointed with the frosting because it was the first time i actually used whipped cream frosting. it tasted absolutely fabulous but didn't look quite so professional ><

she was super happy with it though so it's all gooooodddd.



HOLIDAY WITH MY GIRLS!!

this was the FIRST ever holiday without any supervision (going to JB with kazhua doesn't count since we stayed at my house there so it's technically just going home albeit the one in Malaysia instead).

introduced Azri to the wonders of dry ice

azri's bday and we got a room @ MBS again to celebrate without telling him. hush hush surprise party and all that. we got an ice cream cake which was naturally packed with dry ice and i got the brilliant idea of putting it in water to create the smokey effect so it'll be all prettyyyyy when he comes.




amazingly, he has NEVER played with dry ice. HOMGGG!!







OPAH'S BIRTHDAY!

what's special about this birthday is that i do believe this is the first time i've taken a couple shot with her. EVER.


and we do make a beautiful pair, don't we? ^^
